The Global Business Services organization we built at Procter & Gamble was among the first of its kind, one of the largest and most complex shared services models ever created. There were no benchmarks, best practices, or playbooks to follow. We had to invent them. Some ideas succeeded immediately, others taught us what lasting transformation truly requires.
What began as an experiment became a global benchmark for operational excellence and a Harvard Business Review case study. It proved that when transformation is grounded in strategy, culture, and leadership, it endures.
After leaving P&G, we saw the same transformation challenges repeating across industries. Enterprises were investing heavily in change but struggling to sustain it. They didn’t need another consultancy. They needed a partner who could transfer the knowledge, tools, and cultural discipline to make transformation a permanent capability.
That realization inspired Inixia.
We founded Inixia to help organizations transform their business operations and leadership capabilities using proven, practitioner-led frameworks. Drawing from real-world case studies and decades of experience, we have developed globally recognized training, certifications, and enterprise advisory programs that turn transformation from a project into a culture.
Our mission is simple: to equip leaders, practitioners, and organizations to evolve continuously and to do so without dependency.
